Jefferson now has two concentrations for IMBA students to choose from:
Business Analytics Concentration
The Business Analytics concentration helps students gain a competitive edge by training them in the basic proficiencies of big data. Designed to be fully completed within the IMBA degree, this three-course program teaches students how to think analytically to help employers meet strategic goals. It also focuses on practical course topics like data management and analytics modeling.
Strategic Design Thinking Concentration
As one of only a few programs of its kind, the Strategic Design Thinking concentration trains students in a hybrid approach to management that combines business strategy with innovative methods of problem solving. With a three-course requirement, the concentration emphasizes human-centered problem solving, the application of research techniques and the leadership skills necessary to manage within dynamic and complex organizations.
